Due to its heightened situation, the swimming pool, 7x9m, offers the awesome oceanview also while one is swimming. Two canopied, shadowy patios, about 35m² each, another upper terrace as well as a pool-terrace with barbecue invite you to broil or to relax permanently. The park-like area is about 1.600m². It is not possible to have a look into the realty from outside. Furthermore there is no traffic in front of the realty ( - adequate as nudist area - ). This and the spacious living quarters of about 300m² assure the perfect holiday feeling! Beautiful Sunsets are mandatory at the !

A parking place for 3-4 car`s belongs to the villa. The 'Zona Verde' (green zone), the dale 'Vale Parra' are convinient for a nice walk or jogging, linked with dreamlike views to the coastline of the atlantic and to the new marina, that is only 1,5 miles afar in Albufeira, as well as to dreamlike beaches and bays. The next supermarcets, restaurants, bus stops and doctors are attainable in less than one mile.

Located a bit higher on, surrounded with nature reserve full of blooming Salvia, smelling lavender, almond trees and therapeutic local plants. ( -nudism possible terrain- ) In the proximate back-country there is the the Algarve shopping center, where you can shop designer clothes and other things low priced (ca. -30%)! The center of Albufeira, that is known for its great nightlife is only 3 miles afar.
To Albufeira, the quarter with a huge quantity of leisure activities and night-life, is it only ca. 7km. The former fishing village becomes in the summer the tourist area of the Algarve, and has accordingly focused infrastructure with hotels and a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, but also the beach, literally right at our doorstep, is having a huge attraction. Despite the bustling tourist hub Albufeira is still a picturesque town, down town is free of cars and the streets are lined with magnificent mosaic pavement, there are numerous boutiques and souvenir shops located and you can stroll comfortably, at the old fish market can be taken a 'café com' or a 'cerveja' in one of the many former Fishermen pubs. Worth a visit is in any case, the port loaded with its colourful fishing boats and the bullring, in which on Saturday.
Today it is very popular it has some of the most beautiful beaches, a new marina and a vibrant atmosphaere.

Travel:
Mid-January to March: The best time for flower lovers. Beautifully blooming almond trees in January and an impressive plant develops splendor everywhere. Many colorful blooming species coastal and hinterland in a totally different light and connoisseurs can indulge in the richness of species, including many endemic species of plants and small orchid species.
April-June: Now starts the season and especially if you are not attached to the Easter weeks, you can still very favorable and relaxed holiday.
July - mid-September: peak season and therefore a lot of hustle, but lots of sun and fun. If possible, you should of course choose a different journey.
Mid September - late October: Ideal travel time, if you are not the whole time on the beach to where the water temperature even higher than in July, but the beaches are far more empty. For bird lovers is just the part of interest, as many migratory birds are here.
